Her Personal Demons (The Seven Sinners of Hell's Kingdom Book 1)(16)
Author: Ginna Moran

My mind shuts off, ignoring everything after his idea of returning here after punishing Joel. “I don’t know. Your cocks are so huge that I think I might pass. You look better equipped for pain and punishment and not pleasure.”

“Thinking you might pass still leaves room for possibility. Don’t assume anything until you give it a go. Have you been denied foreplay? Never get to ride someone’s face? Play with toys? Slip and slide with lube? Foreplay is the best part, pretty soul.” Dante rests his hand on my hip, lightly drawing circles over my side.

Kase groans under his breath. “With enough workup, you can take anything. We can start nice and slow. How does that sound?”

I realize now how thrilling the idea of being adventurous and trying new things truly is for me. Their assessment of me was right. Joel was a wham-bam-thank-you-ma’am sort of lover, and he never cared whether or not I orgasmed. Apparently it was my fault if I took too long to cum.

“I’m in. Are you, Raven?” Dante asks, pinching my hip just enough to make me inhale a soft breath. “Do you want to know what it’s like to have your body worshipped by the devils themselves?”

Tingles ignite across my body from their touch as they press in closer. Kase’s bulge rubs against my ass, my squirming not helping either of us. And now that they mention sex and foreplay and pleasure, my traitor vagina and her asshole next door neighbor suddenly don’t think it sounds so bad.

What am I even thinking? I clench my ass. If Kase is anywhere near as big as Dante...let’s just say anal with my ex was like a warm up without even breaking a sweat. These guys would be like trying to slip a wine bottle into a koozie meant for a beer can. It’ll take some stretching and a gallon of lube.

I might already be heading to Hell, but getting double penetrated by the rulers of its kingdom after we just met? I’m not ready to start this kind of stuff so early.

I scramble out from the middle of the two of them, not even caring that I ram my hands into Dante’s chest or how my knee sinks into Kase’s gut. Flipping over him, I land on the floor and gasp in a few deep breaths. Without their intoxicating scents and all-consuming presences surrounding me, I can think again. I can push away the lust they elicit from me like I’m a damn plaything for them to enjoy.

“What’d we do wrong, angel-girl?” Kase asks, sitting up on the couch. He puckers out his bottom lip, looking a bit more psychotic than pathetic. “You were enjoying the cuddles, weren’t you? We’re trying to be good to you. Lucian said no eternal torture unless you fail. And even then...I think you might like it.” Red light glows in his eyes, his pout creeping into a smile.

Shit. He was playing with me like I thought. They both were.

“You assholes!” I straighten upright and square my shoulders. “We need some ground rules. You can’t mess with me like this. I know what you’re doing.”

Dante chuckles and hugs his arms around Kase from behind, resting his head on his shoulder. “Is that so, pretty soul? What exactly do you think we’re doing?”

“Trying to have your way like you’re the ones who made a damn deal with Lucian.” I lick my lips and raise my palms, motioning for them to stay on the couch. “And you know what? I might be mortal, but I’ve been pushed around enough. I won’t let you do it.”

“So now she decides she’s going to stand up for herself,” Kase mutters, raising an eyebrow.

Dante sighs. “Lucian did give her some of Hell.”

“Shut up!” I snap, annoyance rushing through me. “Like you said. We have shit to do, and you’re going to let me figure out how to do it. I fucking doubt sleeping with five angels will do anything. If such a plan worked, I bet you my rule of Purgatory that you’d have already finished the task.”

“What about fucking only us then? I can promise banging us will help you grow stronger. Maybe we can test the whole Anti-Christ theory and see if maybe getting knocked up by a ruler of Hell will send power popping out of that tight pussy of yours.” Kase grins with his words.

I try not to react to his comment and clench my jaw. “The only thing I want to fucking test is if it’s possible to drop you hellish fuckers to your knees with a punch to the junk.”

“Aw, pretty soul. All you have to do is ask.” Dante scoots off the couch and kneels on the floor. His intimidating cock pitches the biggest tent I’ve ever seen against his towel, spreading the fabric open to give me a view.

I can’t control my eyes, so I spin around and storm toward the front door. With each step, energy returns to me, my body feeling as if I just gulped a pot of coffee. I fling open the front door, and my headache fades with the fresh air. I feel better than I have in a long time. Whatever drugs Joel had been poisoning me with have left my system with Lucian’s deal. The cuts and bruises no longer decorate my skin like a battle zone from the abuse I survived. And fuck, the more I think about Joel, the angrier I get. He’s probably long gone now.

I don’t know what comes over me, but I don’t bother waiting to see if Kase and Dante come after me and leave, disregarding the possible consequences. Their murmurs to each other fade with the short amount of distance it takes to get to the walkway.

Striding forward, I head in the direction of Joel’s single-bedroom apartment. The sunshine overhead halos my vision, and I blink a dozen times, trying to adjust to the bright rays. I don’t know why I haven’t noticed before, but the complex looks more rundown than I thought. The paint on the trim peels and flakes, and the grass needs watering. Weeds overrun the flowerbeds. Someone even abandoned a smelly bag of trash right on the walkway.

Footsteps sound behind me, and I ignore Dante and Kase finally choosing to follow me like predatory stalkers. They hang back and out of my sight. How I know it’s them? I don’t fucking know or care. Call it a psycho-sense. Because I obviously attract the wrong type of guys. Stupid vagina. She’s not only a traitor but a damn hellion.

A soft whistle sounds through the air, grabbing my attention. “Raven, what do you think you’re doing? You look like you’re on a mission of self-destruction,” Kase says without closing the distance. “We have rules, you know. You can’t just do what you want.”

I spin around and nearly crash into Dante’s chest. “Are you kidding me?”

Locking his fingers to my shoulders, Dante bows closer, flicking his forked tongue at me like he enjoys the taste of my agitation. “Does it look like we’re kidding? We were not ready to get to work yet.” He flashes two long fangs at me. “Acting like a righteous brat in our apartment is one thing. You can do who and what you want in the protection of our hellhole as long as it involves us. But leaving without asking? Treating us as if we’re not your keepers and that you can take matters into your own hands? These are punishable offenses, pretty soul.”

“Now turn your sexy ass around and go home. You will wait there until we do what Lucian included in your deal.” Kase motions to the pathway. “If you make one of us drag you back, I promise you that you’ll—”

I slam my hands into Dante’s chest, trying to knock him into Kase. The bastard doesn’t even budge, and I start to wonder what he’s really made out of. Because it’s not flesh and bones. It’s more like concrete, steel, and bulletproof glass.
