Can You Handle It?(9)
Author: Whitney G.

There were a million questions running through my head right now, and I couldn’t get my mouth to pick a single one.

Why are you here? What the hell is going on? Is this your job?

“We have half an hour left in your session, Miss McGuire.” He spoke like a professional. “I want to finish giving you what you asked for.”

“I didn’t ask for anything.”

“I beg to differ,” he said, smirking. “I read your card. I haven’t fucked your pussy with my mouth yet, and I want to taste what it’s like when you’re ‘super wet.’”

I stepped back, feeling wetness dripping down my thighs.

“Why are you here?” I asked. “Did Chelsea tell you I was coming?”

“No, I’m filling in for someone.” He looked genuine. “I had no idea you’d be here until I saw your name on the reservation list.”

“And you decided to personally handle my appointment?”

“Obviously.” He smiled.

“Well, now I’m tempted to tell your boss about this side-hustle that you and your friends are doing.”

“I am the boss.” He smirked. “And I made you the first professional exception to my rules.”

I started to ask him something else, but he beat me to it.

“Get back on the table.”

“No, that’s okay.” I shook my head. “I feel fine now.”

“I don’t think so,” he said. “I mean, your pussy is tight as ever, but there are other areas that desperately need my attention.”

“I just remembered that I have somewhere to be.” I lied. “The free-use party.”

He looked at me as if he knew I was lying.

Amused, he walked over to the door and opened it. I rushed behind him, stopping when he gently grabbed my ponytail and freed it from the band.

“Aren’t you supposed to give me a service card at the end of this?” I asked.

“Reviews are for only the legit massages.”

“In that case, I have a complaint.”

“’Afraid to finally come for the guy you want isn’t one of the options on the card.” He tilted my chin up with his fingertips. “You’re fucking beautiful when you’re on the edge, but I really need to know what it’s like to see you come. Don’t you think you should stay so we can both find out?”

Say hell yes. Hell fucking yes. “I can’t.”

I walked out of the room before I made a huge mistake.

When I returned to my suite, I had a brand-new text message from Chelsea.

Chelsea: Okay, you’ve been there for a while now. Please tell me that you’ve met one guy you want to take to bed.

I didn’t have the heart to tell her that the sexiest man here, the man I most wanted to fuck, was her brother.

Now You See Me

Harlow

“Here’s a special Pina Colada for you, Miss.” The bartender handed me a frozen drink the following afternoon. “In case you weren’t already aware, a certain gentleman has covered all your meals and expenses for the rest of your stay.”

Before I could ask him who he was talking about, he pointed to the pool.

I looked over my shoulder, catching Tyler leaning against a palm tree. My nipples hardened as he slowly licked his bottom lip and winked at me.

Shirtless, with his glistening abs on full display, he was wearing a pair of khaki swim trunks that made every woman who walked by do a long double-take of the rock-hard bulge underneath.

Smiling, he motioned for me to come closer.

It’s as if he knew that he’d ruined me last night. That he’d made sleep utterly impossible with the endless replay of his hands and mouth on mine during that massage.

Don’t you fucking dare, Harlow…

Drawn to his green-eyed gaze, I picked up my drink and walked over to him.

“Thank you for the drink, Tyler.”

“You’re welcome, Harlow,” he said. “Do you have any plans for the day?”

“Another massage.”

He raised his eyebrow. “I didn’t see your name on my schedule.”

“Because I’m getting a basic stone one with a female. Please don’t intrude.”

“I won’t.” He smiled. “Anything else?”

“Meeting new people.” I lied.

“Sounds fun.” He stepped forward, closing the gap between us. “You should give me your new phone number.”

I hesitated a few seconds before rattling it off to him. “I’ve been keeping my phone in my room while I’m here.”

“That’s a good idea.”

“I’m not inviting you to come over.”

“I didn’t ask you to.” He smirked. “Even though I know you want to. Would you like to come to my room?”

The words “Hell yes,” were on the tip of my tongue again, but I bit my lip.

No matter how many times I weighed the pros and cons, the result was still the same.

Chelsea would kill me.

“I have plans for the rest of my time here,” I said, stepping back. “I’ll see you around.”

I took one long look at him, taking in how temptingly beautiful he was, envisioning the things I wished we could do, and then I walked back to my room.

To my surprise, he didn’t follow.

Now You Don’t

Tyler

Harlow performed a disappearing act for the rest of the week.

Not that I needed to see her, though. My cock hardened at the mere thought of her, and if she thought she was going to dodge me for much longer, she had another thing coming.

We were going to settle this insufferable tension—consequences be damned—once and for all.

With the exception of a certain kiss that never happened, I never held back on telling Chelsea anything.

I’d never lied to her either, not even the little white ones to spare her feelings. She was like a sister to me, through and through, and I felt awful feeding her lie after lie when she picked me up from the airport.

In her version of the story, the massage tech didn’t do anything more than slide his hands between my thighs a few times. He was gentle, not dominant, and afterward we went out for drinks and exchanged numbers.

A tale of alternate realities, if there ever was such a thing.

I knew her down to her marrow, and if there were two things she fiercely protected, it was her friends and family. She kept them close but separate at the same time, and there was no room for any grey areas for them to intertwine.

There was also never any room for drama around her wedding season. The universe belonged to her, and no bad news was allowed in her orbit.

“Okay, I’m calling it a night,” she said, pushing her latest wedding menus across the coffee table. “We can finish the rest of these food choices in the morning.”

“Sounds good to me.”

“Hey, tell me something.” She stood up from the couch. “You think if I paid for you to go back to that resort, you’d take a chance and sleep with that massage therapist?”
